While the usefulness of research and its links with society are often questioned, the association Juste 2.0°C takes up these questions to implement an interdisciplinary research project which focuses on two French rivers: the Saone and the Rhone. By choosing to study such a familiar object, this project seeks to resonate with local concerns and to involve the inhabitants in an approach combining research, awareness and scientific mediation concerning the anthropization of these ecosystems. In a context of global ecological changes, it is a question of raising questions about our close environments and the way we inhabit them and wish to inhabit them.
The itinerary between March and July 2024

A field of research and an educational project
The Research project mixes disciplines and perspectives around the question of the ecological restoration of the Saône and the Rhône.
In parallel with the data collection, the participatory sessions and the itinerary will be an opportunity to meet with all the public of the territory.
Participatory approaches are notably offered to the school public as part of educational stops in the field and educational monitoring over the 2023/2024 school year!
